Here's how to return your order

  1. Pack the product(s) in the intact shoebox or other suitable packaging and seal the package securely.

  2. Attach the UPS shipping label that came with your order to the outside of the package.

  3. Take the package to a UPS drop-off location and keep your shipping label. Find the nearest drop-off location.

  4. Or call UPS directly on 01806 882 663. Please note that charges may apply.

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the date they arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an automated email confirming your refund. However, depending on your payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.


Here's how to arrange a UPS package pickup.

To arrange a UPS package pickup, you must fill out this form here .

  1. Questions about the shipping label

    Select YES to the question: “Do you have pre-printed shipping labels for your shipment?”

    Provide your tracking number, which begins with 1Z and is located at the bottom of the shipping label above the large barcode. You must provide the tracking number to avoid return shipping costs.

  2. Pickup information and location

    Enter your name, address and phone number.

    Select the appropriate field if it is a private address.

  3. Service and package information

    Please enter "1" in the "Package weight" field.

    Under “International UPS Service Options”, please select ‘UPS Standard’ as the option.

  4. Collection date and time

    Select the pickup date and time.

    Click "Continue" to review your pickup details.
